Tim was born in 1987 Keelung, a small seaport town in Taiwan. He went to an art school at a very young age. Later, came to the heartland of America to study at the University of Illinois. There he found a group of young, creative and passionate film photography loving students. They inspired him to start capturing, and creating art again. To him, a film camera is a mystery box. One can never really know what is going on inside the box until 36 shots later.
